Respect the Payment Due Date
All bill payments must be made on or before the payment due date set forth on the bill. Please note that failing to settle your bill before due date might lead to disconnection of water supply.

Autopay

The water bill amount will be automatically debited from your account a few days before the due date indicated on the monthly bill. For first-time autopay subscriber: please note that if service is effective, then the debit bank name appears on the water bill.

Mail A Cheque

  • Mail a crossed cheque payable to “The Macao Water Supply Co. Ltd.” with the bottom portion of the water bill to P.O. Box 115, Macau
  • Please write down the policy number, contact name and telephone number at the back of the cheque.
  • Make sure the cheque is sent at least 3 working days before the payment due date (starting from the date of the postal stamp).

 

24 Hours Payment Service at 7-Eleven

Starting from 3 July 2006, you may now pay your water bills anytime* at any 7-Eleven stores nearby. A nominal service charge of MOP $1.00 will be levied per bill by 7-Eleven for this around the clock service. For more information or queries, please contact our Customer Hotline 2822 0088 for assistance.

*Remark: All payments can be made no later than 5:00 p.m. on or before the "Latest Payment Before Disconnection" as appears on the water bills. Please refer to the time validated by 7-Eleven.
